Message from the President
The next ISM–CV meeting will be help on Sept. 1 at Monte Carlos starting at 5:30 PM for registration with dinner at 6:00 PM. During the board meeting earlier this month, we elected to have the board pay for each members meal for this meeting in hopes of getting more folks to attend.
The agenda for this meeting will cover the following topics:
1. Attendance
2. Board participation
3. Schedule of meetings (Monthly, quarterly, etc.)
4. Location of meetings
5. MISC. open forum
Entrée served with a side of pasta
(Please note your meat selection AND preparation style)
- Parmesan (chicken or veal) — red tomato sauce & mozzarella cheese
- Marsala (chicken or veal) — mushroom and Marsala wine sauce
- Piccata (chicken or veal) — lemon and white wine sauce with capers
- Scampi (shrimp, flounder or tilapia) — butter and garlic
- Marinara (shrimp, flounder or tilapia) — tomato sauce with fresh garlic, roma tomatoes and basil
- Manicotti-select one (Meat, cheese or spinach)
- Spaghetti-select between Baked, Meatball, Meat Sauce, Sausage, Mushroom Garlic & Oil or Marinara
- Lasagna-select Meat or Spinach
- Ravioli-select Meat or Cheese
Please advise if you plan to attend and include your dinner selection. I will need to let Monte Carlos know the head count and selections by Monday, Aug. 31.
